Website infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring pages, and visit timestamps.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Contact information is used to receive and answer your request and manage related correspondence; depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or for legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Newsletter information is used to administer a subscription and send updates you have requested, subject to applicable consent and electronic marketing requirements. Technical information is processed to operate, protect and understand the performance of the website, as permitted by applicable law. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
4. Service providers and transfers

Such processing may involve servers or recipients outside Türkiye. The applicable international-transfer mechanism and any additional notices or consents must be assessed under Turkish law before relying on them.
5. Cookies and site statistics
WordPress.com and Jetpack may use essential or functional cookies and similar technologies for site operation, subscription preferences, security and visitor statistics. Specific cookies and whether any non-essential cookies require prior consent depend on the services actually enabled and the visitor’s location. See the relevant WordPress.com and Jetpack privacy information for further details.
6. Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. Exact retention periods depend on the relevant correspondence, subscription and provider settings. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used by the relevant service providers; no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), additional rights may apply.
